Bantayan Island of Palawod Festival takes Grand Prize at Pasigarbo sa Sugbo!
August 10th, 2008 | by admin |Fresh from Cebu, Bantayan Island Takes Grand Prize at the Pasigarbo sa Sugbo. According to the Local Photographers, The Pasigarbo is a unique festival that shows the origins of the participating towns, showing a unique flavor different from the Sinulog Festival also of Cebu City held every 3rd Sunday of January.
A few have complained of the scorching heat and of participants suffering from the heat.
